How far in advance should I book my party?
In order to ensure that you are able to get your desired date, time, and character we recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance. Certain times of the year book very quickly. However we are often able to accommodate last minute bookings and will try our best to fit you in for your desired time.
How do I book a party?
The easiest way to request a party booking is by completing our online booking form. You may also email us at info@onceuponaprincessparty.com or call us at 613-701-6022
After receiving all party details we will determine whether your preferred date, time, and character are available, and send a request for confirmation and to pay a deposit of $75. Bookings cannot be completed without all required details and a received deposit.
How do I pay the princess?
A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required a the time of booking in order to secure your spot. The remaining balance of your party is then due 48 hours prior to your event.
How many children can I have at my event?
We have no limit on the number of children per party. However, our signature party is designed for 5-15 children. If there are more than 15 children at the party, the princess may need to adjust the party routine, or omit some elements, in order to have everything fit within the hour. If you have more than 15 guests at your party we recommend adding additional time or booking a second princess.

What do you need while at the party?
Our princesses are able to perform in many different areas. Whether in a living room, hall, or park, our characters are able to create a magical atmosphere. However, while at the party the princess will require an area cleared for activities, enough room to place down her protective floor mat, and a chair to sit.

Please note that there is some set up required for our performances. You can expect the princess to arrive approximately 5 minutes early so that she has time to set up and be ready to start the performance at her scheduled time. She does have several bags and items that will need to be brought in. If there is someone available to help her carry these in that is always greatly appreciated. There will also be approximately 5 minutes after her performance where she will clean up all her supplies
Am I able to have the event indoors? Outdoors?
Yes! We are happy to perform our show either inside or outside. (We have a large waterproof mat to protect indoor floors). As our routine does slightly change based on location we do appreciate knowing in advance whether your are choosing to host your event inside or out of doors.
In the warm summer months we are happy to perform outside. Bubbles and outside summer fun are perfect together! We just ask for a shaded area for the princess to perform so that both she and the children do not become overheated, along with a chair for her to sit.

What is the best age for your show
We usually find our events with children between the ages of 3-8 are the most magical. However, our characters (and bubbles) are loved by people of all ages!​

Should I tip the performer?
Gratuity is not included in our party package pricing. Tipping is not required, however if you feel that your performer provided an exceptional performance it is always GREATLY appreciated.

Will the princess look as good she does in your photos?
Yes! Every photo you see on our website are of OUR performers in OUR costumes! We are fully commited to ensuring that the character attending your party looks magically marvelous from head to toe!
